Sean Grieve, Director
Office of Planned Giving

Sean Grieve became the Director of Planned Giving at Lawrenceville on July 1, 2023. Prior to his current role, he served as a Leadership Gifts Officer covering the Southeast and Midwest for the School. Sean’s wife Clare has been a history teacher, coach and Kirby House member since 2012. Their first date was on the Lawrenceville golf course. 

A graduate of Germantown Academy, Sean received his B.S. from The College of William and Mary and an M.B.A. from Villanova University. After a brief stint in the Philadelphia Phillies minor league system, Sean began his fundraising career in politics before becoming a major gift officer at Villanova University. He holds a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP) from the American College of Financial Services.
